      I ordered my bag on 11/26 supposed to be shipped in 1-5 business days and then take 8-15 business to arrive. I didn't get it, not only that I never even got a shipping notice that it had shipped yet!! Very dissatisfied and ticked. No responses to emails either. Going to contact the BBB

      I ordered this bag the end of November and it never came. I emailed the company two different times and never got a response. Now my daughter won’t be getting it for Christmas. I am extremely disappointed and am upset with their poor customer service. They don’t have good communication at all. I would not order from this company.

      It is good quality although the strap is very very breakable as well the bottom of the bag does not have a stable sewed in bottom. It is very loose and flimsy but can fit many things.

      The clasp broke the first time using it. It broke my laptop because everything fell out of the bag. I would like a refund.
